little sprout confusing?...

hey evrybody just ad one of my little seedlings sprout from the soil at a rapid rate yesterday but this morning the first round little leaves are curled over facing the ground still as if it hasnt fully sprouted yet. is this normal?

my set up is two cfl's at 100wat and there bowt 2-3inch away from the top of ma baby.

there in a cupboard painted white matt and some foil back from and sides just to reflect the light a bit more.

and finally its pretty much cool in der as the lights dont emit much heat. so i leave the door slighty open for the light period thats bowt it.

ohh and i havent fed them out yet but i give them room temp water from tap every other day. is there anything here that could be causing the problem?

any advice would be great.

ya a pic would help but if i can picture what ur saying. its normal and will come up within 2 maybe three days

Nice one1 its looking alright neway just got slightly worries as ive never seen this before.
