please help identify the nute def/burn (pic included)

I've tested the soil 3 times and each time it has come out to >7.0 and <6.5 ph so I'm assuming that isn't the problem. The soil is a MG but its the organic kind and I looked pretty carefully throughout the soil itself for fertilizer balls etc but didnt see anything. Still, my plant seems like every time I water it thoughourly it shows these signs of nutrient burn or something similar. Any real diagnosis from someone who reallly knows what they are talking about would be greatly appreciated.

Could be a nute burn, probably more so than nute def. The way I learned to leach the was to flush with distilled water, three times the amount of soil. Doesn't have to be precise. This has always worked for me. I'm sure there are others who might disagree. I do hope your soil drains well. I always add extra perlite to give it good drainage. This would be the first place I would start. Good luck man!

Even mg organic is bad for plants. Use foxfarm or jungle growth or make your own. Miracle grow is non MJ compliant.

Damn, that almost looks heat burn. What kind of light are you using and how close are they? Once that is ruled out as the culprit (or adjusted) we can continue.
The above post describes the proper way to flush. Flush until your water comes out clear. Once the plant dries out a little, add nutes at 1/4 strength. Its unknown how much more time release nutes are in that MG soil, so you want to be careful. Hopefully the flush will clean most of them out. Add nutes every third watering and monitor. It may take a week or so for the plant to get back to normal.
