need some advice on my plants

hi please can someone advise on whats gone wrong with the plant take a look at the pictures you see the leaves curling under ????

grown in coco in 10ltr pots 3 weeks old
using canna coco a-b canna risotonic and cannazime and pk13-14

using cannas recomended grow guide into the second week of that 3rd if you count the germination time to first set of fan leaves

week 1 no feed ph 5.5 5.7 ec/tds says water has 0.34
week 2 feed with risotonic for roots to devolope and coco a-b ec/tds of 0.9+0.34 for whats in water so tatal is 1.24 thereabouts
week 3 feed with less risotonic coco a-b and cannazime as stated on giude using a ec/tds of 1.5+0.34 =1.84 but you dont count the 0.34 becouse there dead salts
so ec is 1.5
ph is 5.5 5.7 all round temp arount 75-77 humidity around 60

When leaves curl under, its likely overfertilization, but can be a potassium overload too. Give the plants a good flush and start over with 1/4 strength nutes.

Remember the first rule of soil grows, "When in doubt, flush it out". It can never hurt.
