Bent main stem o_0

Soooo I was rigging up my sweet new set up for my 3rd attempt at growing. Previously I have just been doing one plant at a time, but now I have 3!!! Anyways, I dropped a light bulb on one of the plants last night and bent it. Im pretty sure it will be fine after a few days, but I wasnt sure if there was anything else I should do about it and wanted to be 100%. Anyways here is the picture:

Its the far left one thats shaped weird

He'll be fine, but you should probably put your light a little closer they're looking too tall.

Haha Ya I did so already - I didn't have enough light for them to start with so they kind of shared a lamp that was a little too far away - I got them pretty close now though with pure white CFLs on them :-)

Oooooooooo ya .... also, I think I am going to try LST with these plants .... think that would be a good idea? It seems fairly easy ... and since im still new to this I dont want to if its a bad idea for a beginner.

yes when streched plants get older its always a good idea to give em some tlc with lst ohhhh yeah ya yield will be nice if you do it properly. it is easy but when you know properly how to do it. do a search on lst posts on this site. i seen one that has a great homemade diagram that explains exactly how to do it cheack it out.....

Any estimates on how much longer to start LST would be helpful ... I was thinking about a week(granted I need to transplant into pots too, so maybe a week and a half)
