THC worms

Allright last year was a disaster not only were there ridiculous amounts of THC worms but it got seeded half way through the year. But I was wondering if anyone knows how to stop them from getting into the buds.

maybe if they existed this would be easier to answer....not trying to be a dick but its prolly a parasite or something. Theres no such thing as a thc worm man

the way to get rid of them is by smoking them.

like get 5 and roll them into a joint

Great ok, they were small 1/4 to 1/2 inches in length (orange-white). There were a good hundred of these little fucks all over our four- 5 and a half foot plants(outdoor). Any experienced growers know?

i find little orange grub like bugs in my middies allllllll the god damn time. kinda fun to play with em

you probably have to use some pesticide or something but you would have to flush the plant. IDK im not a grower but seems like pesticide+bugs=no bugs

Might be fun to play with but they do nothing but eat bud and shit on ur plant...no good.

these things are real and they are an absolute nightmare. They wiped out my crop last year. probably lost about 30-40% of my buds. they bore into the buds and stems and turn your sticky buds brown and crusty. i've looked everywhere online to find info on these little bastards but really no luck. here is a list of the possible suspects:

bud worm
rose stem sawfly
hemp borer
hemp leaf roller
beetle borer

spray neem oil on your plants... its natural and bugs cant fuckin stand it... you should always avoid adding chemicals if possible

yea i had those budworms too!
nasty green fucks....
i was using a mixture of cayanne and organic soapy water, plus picking through the buds and shaking the plant every so often
but this year....i might put nets up, im not sure.
it was really fucking annoying

found a bright orange worm in a 20-sack of some low grade once. Like previously stated, he was burrowed down in the middle of the nug. The area around him, was all brown. Found it kind of cool. I too, looked into it but could not find any info really on the internet about this worm. It looked like a maggot, just orange. I kept it for like 2 weeks in a container. Gave him some shake, and a few fat stems, and he burrowed right into the end of them. He died eventually. Anyone else come across something like this??
