Can someone Help Determine this problem please (PICS)

Okay so the plant is 18 days old. Its an indoor grow with florescent lights 5 daylights x 30 watts a piece. They are in Fox farm ocean floor soil. Im starting to see slight yellowing on the leaves and on the tip of one you can see browning and crisping. What can this problem be? If any? Let me know. Pics Below

Could be a N def. Have you started nutes?

yeah i was thinking that it could be a N def. based on what i read online. how can i correct this? Also it is in fox farm organic ocean floor soil. i have not started nutes yet bc i dont know what nutes to give it. what does it need as far as nutes? thanks man
