Slow growing marijuana, slow growth...HELP!

I am well into week 4. my plants are ridiculously small for this amount of time.
they are under 400 watts of hps power, they have good organic soil and their soil stays damp. I give them a little super thrive every now and then, and I have given them one feeding of Neptune's SEAWEED for nitrogen and other goodness...

i read that "rootbound" could be the problem, but they are in a liter of soil and they are tiny.

i have narrowed the problem down to either
AIR
or
BAG SEED
or
TRANSPLANTING EARLY

are any of those three factors in super slow growth??? PLEASE HELP!

Re: Slow growing marijuana, slow growth...HELP!

Okay firstly, it's hard to diagnose a problem without a picture to see the actual symptoms. To help you out in the future, when you pull the plant out of the cup, if you can see the latteral roots covering the bottom outside of the soil around the entire edge, it's probably about ready for transplant. I only use Super Thrive when transplanting or doing any training that may stress it, other than that, you don't need to use it. Use only 1ml per gallon as a shock preventative and do not use it during flowering. Also, slow initial growth could be several things.. could you explain the what the leaves look like? Are they dry to the touch? Yellowing? Explain it a little more in depth so I can diagnose it better.

Re: Slow growing marijuana, slow growth...HELP!

the pictures are on the link MY GROW seen at the bottom of all my posts.

the leaves on both tops of the babies are green and lush.
the other veg is yellow, and on the blueberry its bleached white, so i moved it from the light.
there are some brown spots and purple spots and the stems are very hairy.

maybe i shocked them ??
