A bit droopy, can anyone help tell me why?

My girls are a bit droopy, and I'm not sure why. Nothing terrible, overall they look pretty good I think:

However they are a little droopy in spots. I think it might be a lack of light since they are generally droopy on the side of the plant that faces away from the light and in the lower branches where perhaps not as much light makes it. Could that be the cause?

What type of medium; soil or hydro?
Soil
What brand and type of soil?
Fox Farm Ocean Forrest
Indoors or outdoors?
Indoors
What strain?
Bagseed
How old are the plants?
Germinated 12/5
What type of lights and how many watts?
1 400w HPS
How far from the lights?
12-18"
What, how much and when was it fed? NPK?
FF BB and TB, started 1/2 strength a week ago. In veg I did worm casting tea
What is the medium/runoff pH?
Unsure, no PH meter
What are the temps and humidity in the room?
Temps are 75 when light on, 68 or so when off
What size pots?
5 Gallon Home Depot pales
Any bugs? Look real close.
Not that I see?
Any other pertinent info?
1st grow, be kind, more pics here:

Re: A bit droopy, can anyone help tell me why?

i'd try and invest in a PH pen if you possibly can.. it can really help diagnose and prevent issues.
I think they look good for a first grow.. as far as the drooping it could have a little to do with the lights, but it kind of looks over watered to me.
How often are you watering and do you let them dry out a little beforehand?

Rotating your plants a little helps keep them growing evenly too..

maybe someone else has some ideas.. i'm not great at diagnosing stuff.

A PH pen is next on my list. I've got 3 more 400w HPS sitting around (gotta love craigs list!) and I'm thinking about cranking a second up in the room. There are 5 plants and they cover probably close to 25sqft so I'm guessing more light wouldn't hurt at this point.

I'll add another light and make sure to wait 4 days till the next water.

Thanks for the feedback
