closet grow plant problems

Hey I have 2 plants under about 160W fluor light with fans blowing, temp guage, temp is at about 70(am i in need of a big temp. raise) . 1 plant is green crack, other is just starting a white widow from seed. They are in a closet in my room and are pteed in Miracle Gro moisture control potting mic( 0.18-0.10-.10 ) and i am watering every two weeks with plant prod 20-20-20 all purpose fert. I am not very educated on soils, ferts, and Ph leveles as I only grow a few plants in my closet for pers. use, Anyway, i am a bit concerned as when I went in today the plants seemed a litte droopy. By the way the plants are on 18-6 cycle and atay around 70 degrees.Any ideas,suggetsions, or answers would be awesome as I'm looking to learn more about grwoing.

Sounds to me like you might be overwatering, But i would need to know more, pics would be nice as well, how often do you water? And how close are your lights?

I water every other day depending on if the roots feel dryed out or moist when I stick my finger into the soil. Here is a picture to give you an idea of how far away the lights are, I think I am going to buy a new light todya, I was thinking about a 6 or 8 bulb t5 fluorescent so i wont need crazy ventilation,any thoughts???.

T5 would be amazing to have! I grow with a 100wt HPS and 5 26wt CFL's, Pictured Attatched, Too be honest with you bud, it looks to me like too much H20 give it a few days in between waterings, the plant will let you know when it needs water And FYI your plant is very nice looking and healthly! Keep up the good work!
