help crazy roots!

hi this is my first thread so lets see if any of you lovely people can help me out.

Right so i ive already transplanted and double potted my babies but now the roots are growing out of the bottom pots and im not so sure what to do, there about 8 weeks in not far from flowering!, and i dont want to cause any shock to them whatsoever.

any help would be much appreciated

What Size Pots Are You Using?
For every month the plants alive you'll need a 1 gallon pot.
I'm assuming your growing in soil so for 8 weeks your pots are to small or your transplanting to earlier.

i got 10 gallon pots for my baby she is 6 weeks old veg. try throwing them in a nice bit pot and let em free..make sure u got good soil water it well and good lighting for 24 hours atleast.! GL
