Dark Brown Spots(pics)

i grow in a 5 gallon bubble bucket. i have 2 white berry plants, first WB plant is 5weeks old(first week into flowering) second is 4 weeks old still vegging. the first WB plant is being flowered under a 400 watt hps light. the other is vegging under flouros.

i left for 3 days and i come back to see dark brown,light green, yellow spots throughout the middle/lower part of my plant. this also only seems to be happening to the fan leaves

i'm pretty sure this is a ph problem but i wanted to get some different opinions. i already changed the ph back to 5.7 it was at 6.1

What is the ppm and what are you feeding it?

i have a 4'' sunleaves inline fan as an exhaust fan, and a 8in oscilating fan inside. blowing air around.

to be honest i dont' have a ppm meter, but i measured out 5 teaspons for about 4 gallons of water, i'm using ionic bloom formula, 2,2,6 i think(i'm not near my grow room)

average temp in room is about 68-72 degrees F water temp is around 65degrees F
