issues in my veg tray - leaves turning and tacoing

OK i have these plants in a big tray and PPMs are at 800 and PH is 5.8
I have a bunch of different strains in this tray and most of em have issues.

They are under 2 1000 HPS lights and are being watered 2 times at 20 minutes each time. I'm not sure what the problem is but i'm sure you guys can help me out.

Some leaves have bumps at the top of the leaves as well. Ive never seen that in a plant and i'm going to take pics today.

the leaves are taco-ing upwards and are folding. I'm not sure what that is but i really need to get it fixed. im going to add more hydrotons in nets so its easier to manage.

Might be a ph issue, have you tried raising it slightly? What's that water temp? And while i'm not familiar with your setup, i'm not aware of any hydro setup that has the roots so blatantly exposed to light.... I see algae on some of those cubes, and that CANT be good.

I'm going to cover my roots today. I know not to have them out like that but I've been lazy LOL

I checked my ph and it's fine , it has to be something else

What about your yellowing? It seems to me like something is being locked out, what are you using to test your ph?

i have a PH meter and it goes up every 2 days. I try to catch it but it does have days where its high. Im going to see if i get some cal mag

I think that may be the source of your problems. Turning usually has to do with PH fluctuations if I remember correctly but I could be mistaken. Id get that under control and it will probably take care the tacoing as well. Hope I was a help and Good Luck I hope to see happy results.

well the tacoing was lack of nutes so i bought some cal mag and added it today. i lowered the PH to 5.6 so now well see how it goes.
