Sick 1 month and not looking good

germinated the seeds with wet paper towels in a plastic ziplock bag.. put them in soil one month ago today.. 11/20 i think the water i was watering them with was not good for them.. noticed that about a 2 weeks ago.. i started using bottled water and a few are looking better. they are still only like 3 inches tall.. and most of them are dead looking.. i think they might have been getting to hot so it might have fried them. not sure what else to do.. any suggestions?
