deformed new growth

I have a problem with new groth on one of my plants.....

I'm running a 6oo watt HPS at about 22 inchs away in a 4 x 4 room
I have mylar walls 460 inline fan cooling my light and another for that suck out every 3 hours for 10 mins or if the tem gets over 85 degrees
my temps are between 73 - 78 day and 70 - 75 night humidity 40%
I water/fert every 5 - 7 days I'm using AN Eguana Juice bloom, Perhana, Trant, Sensi zyme, B52, B.Bud, Carbo Load,Scorpion Juce, Voodo Juce
Im running a 6.0 - 6.3 Ph 1.4 1.5 ec
I flush every 3 weeks with just the rooting suplaments
I have a Misty plant in a 10 gal contaner witch is 3 - 4 weeks into flower budding all over aboout 2 1/2 feet tall.
Every thing was going great untill yesterday I noticed my new growth midway down was comming out worped. I flushed my ph was 6.7 and my ppm was only 340 so I ran 1.5 e.c through and got it to 6.2 ph. P defish or to high ph and how long can I expect before this will correct its self ... should I doing anything ele's?

out of interest, why are you using a gazillion different nutes?

and pics will help diagnose the issue

This soil I take it?
Soil run-off pH should be kept between 6.2-6.8.
