911!!! A week before harvest. Mold? Hermie? WTF?!

I was just looking through my plants, at the crystals to check for potency, and I noticed something shocking, it seems like my buds are decomposing / falling apart. Some are turning purple/brown, but, not like a purple plant would. Anywhere I touch the purple or brown feels goopy, and turns to mush.

2 plants so far, both top colas. ANY help is appreciated!

update:: found it on a couple more plants, some white fuzz down inbetween bud leaves, mold most likely?

yup, cut all effected buds asap and drop humidity asap

Thanks man, I did just that. Humidity was 60%. How should I lower that?
