I would say it is root lock due to either improper PH(soil should be 6.5 ish) or a possible salt build up. I would do a good flush w/ water at the proper PH and give them a few days. They usually come back quickly. Remember, use a 3 to 1 ratio, 1 gl pot gets 3 gl water. Make sure they drain well also. less
