More info needed please.

If you get a chance please read the "Read before posting" sticky and post back. Pictures would be handy.

Also.

Are you adding any calcium to your solution, or do you have nutes for SOFT WATER.

Have you added any Mg to your solution.

Re: Fan Leaves Dying, Red stems too

Sorry, was in a rush here it is:
  • Hydro or Soil (Promix, with added perlite and vermiculite.
  • Type of light? (1000 watt,HPS, 24 inches above canopy, 11hrs on-13 hrs off
  • "Atmosphere" Conditions (Air Temperature, Humidity, Fan Description, Air Type)air temp 75 day 70 at night, Humidity 55 %, several oscillating fans.
  • Waterings )Reverse Osmosis water, water every 3 to 4 days about a gallon. Plants are in 5 gallon pots.
  • PH Range Water is ph adjusted to 6.5 always. current runoff is 6.5 and 330 PPM.
  • Nutrients/Supplements (Brand, Ingredients, NPK Rating, Dosage, How Often)General Hydro Nutes, usually half strength every other watering, Following their feeding chart.
  • Design and Dates ladies are in the 5th week of flower
  • Other - I dont think the nutes say anytihing about SOFT WATER but we do use CAL MAG.
  • we have not added any Mg to the solution other than whats in the nutes.

Thanks for the help

Dont use reverse osmosis... just regular water and let it sit open for 24 hrs...

up your solution mix to around 500-650 ppm... you need to give it a bit more Nitrogen now since it has lost alot... feed her more and in about a week they should come back slighly

RO is far superior to TAP water. Have you ever used it Gr33n_Cr0nIc ?

Re: Fan Leaves Dying, Red stems too

Ill agree with max11max on that, dechlorinated water has a ppm of over 400. R O water has a ppm of 10. Down side is you waste a lot of water.

Re: Fan Leaves Dying, Red stems too

definately up your PPM's man.. with 1000 watts they'll suck up whatever nutes you give them at this stage (especially if you just flushed).
RO water is great.. just use the cal-mag like max said.
Personally i suggest using the cal-mag on days when you just water them.. this way there's some solids in the water, and you'll get an accurate PH reading.

GL dude
