i dont think its mold for sure. it comes off way to easy i picked most of it off with a knife and it looked like a spider wed or a cob web no bugs in it either i misted a very small amount of water and have a fan blowing over the top of the pants i figured if its mold the fan will help with that and if its mites the water should help with that now i know water is what mold needs to culture but i figure im running out of time anyways...i got to try something

how long until your harvest? I havent seen anyone say NEEM oil...but you would need around 12days to kill them all prob(spray every 3-4days to kill developing mites, If your seeing a web you most likely have a infestation and have had it for awhile. Turn over a leaf and see what you see...if its mites you will see little black things moving around and little clear sacs(eggs) and thats why you will have to spray around 3x to kill all the different stages they R in. First spray will kill the grown mites, second spray kill just hatched...ect.....
