first set of leaves q

sorry no pics. i don't think it's too complex of a question.

soil grow in earth's finest potting mix
under 59 watts total cfl
temps mid 80's
strain is bubblicious

so plants look healthy, new growth developing. they're seedings with the first set of serrated edge leaves and the second set coming through now. about a week from cracking the soil. the first set of leaves don't seem to be growing any bigger(they're an inch long) on any 4 of the plants, which seems strange to me. is it normal for some strains' first leaves to not grow in size and just having the new growth get bigger?
