Leaves Curling Inward

Hey guys. Our 15 plants are just about 3 weeks old, and we gave nutrients to a fewer of the bigger ones a few days ago. Some of them have leaves that are curling inward, and we are trying to figure out why. The nutrients were 20-20-20 Peter's 1/3 tsp in 1/2 gallon. Did we burn them? A few have brown on the very end of the leaf, tiny spots. Also, the CFL's are pretty close to the plants, so could it be that?

I fear you have over done it with the nutes, that soil also looks quite dry.

I'd flush the pots with 1/4 tsp per gallon and adjust the pH of the feed water to 6.5
