Help Needed on our setup and Grow. Droopy leaves (pics!)

This is our first grow. We are growing an afghan kush plant and some dank bag seed. The afghan jush is looking good, but it has some droopy leaves, and the leaves also feel brittle. Right now we have a spray bottle and are spritzing the leaves every 20 minutes or so. We also started the process of Low Stress Training. We started each plant when they received their 3rd set of leaves. We are using one cfl light from lights of America. It is daylight spectrum with 6500k. It is in an aluminum container for reflection of the light. Also, the other plant, the stem is really thin.

Any suggestions on what is causing the droopy leaves and the thin stem on the other plant? Please suggestion will be greatly appreciated.

Please give more info...

Hydro or Soil (Describe what type of products your using)
Type of light? (Wattage, Color Temp, Distance, Light Timings)
"Atmosphere" Conditions (Air Temperature, Humidty, Fan Description, Air Type)
Waterings (Type Of Water, How Often You Are Watering, Size of Container)
PH Range (Of the Water Your Giving, and Runoff Out of Container)
Nutrients/Supplements (Brand, Ingredients, NPK Rating, Dosage, How Often)
Pictures if possible! (Posting pictures can describe the problem for you)
Design and Dates (Size of your setup, and how long you have had it, age of the P's)
Other Any other information you can think of not included by these subjects.

As much as poss.

But it looks like you have the wrong type of soil and the plants roots are struggling for oxygen.

MG soil is renowned for having time release ferts, not good, search the forum. Is it that stuff?

Stop spraying them.

If you have time release MG, Re-pot into something like foxfarm with added perlitte 15% ASAP.

Ok, Thank you. What exactly is Perlitte exactly? I heard of Fox farm, but I never heard of Perlitte. Thanks.

Perlitte is like little white ball shaped things that you mix in with your soil to help with waler/oxygen movment by not allowing the soil to compact as much.

Re: Help Needed on our setup and Grow. Droopy leaves (pics!)

those plants look like they been a a friken tsunami lol , stop watering /spraying them every 20mins like u said. jus leave ur plant to be until it looks healthier. water only wen needed jus so the top 2-3cms of ur soil is moist. also jus try to keep ur leaves from getting water on them for a while.
