OOH no! yellowing w/ pic. plz help

What type of medium; soil or hydro? soil
What brand and type of soil? Miracle Grow time released fert (i know is yuck will be changing when i transplant)mixed with perlite/vermiculite
Indoors or outdoors? Indoors
What strain? kush bagseed
How old are the plants? 2weeks
What type of lights and how many watts? 23w daylight CFL's (6500k)
How far from the lights? 1.5 - 2 inches
What, how much and when was it fed? NPK? distilled water only
What is the medium/runoff pH? 5.8
What are the temps and humidity in the room? 79-85 F
What size pots? 16 oz party cups
Any bugs? Look real close. none visible
Any other pertinent info?

Is this possibly over watering? it did just get a good watering today but it has been almost 3 whole days since the last water. I just water lightly until it starts coming out of the drainage holes in the bottom of the cup approx. 6-8 oz...

I am also noticing i am probably short on soil in the cup. its not filled to the brim. could this be the problem maybe already outgrew the cup? will transfer soon into comfy pot with new less yuck soil.

The run-off at 5.8 coupled with the MG soil is probably the problem.

pH should be about 6.5 but to get it there you need to flush the pots releasing more ferts. Catch 22 situation.

Please post a picture of the entire plant.

update: so i decided to go ahead and keep the miracle grow for now in order to go ahead and make the transplant into a bigger more comfortable pot. is this a super bad idea? i flushed the pot with a gallon of distilled water before transplanting.
when the root ball was in my hand i did notice there was alot of roots crowding the bottom of the cup.. possibly root bound?
ill get a new set of pics up here soon.

should those leaves be snipped off for a better recovery?
just the 2 initial leaves (the big ones) are turning yellow.
is it ok to snip?

No, just let the damaged leaves die naturally.
