Discoloration on leaves. Help! *Pictures*

The pictures say everything. It started out with a few brown spots which led me to believe a deficiency of some sort instead of nute burn since nute burn is kind of more widespread across the entire leaf from what I've read. Now it looks more and more like nute burn but I wanted to get some advice from more experienced growers. Pic 4 you can see the leaf curling down which is happening to quite a few leaves. Pic 5 shows some strange discolored strips on the leaf. Pics 2 and 3 look like nute burn ot me. Pic 1 doesn't really, looks maybe more like CA deficiency so I am not sure what to think. My water has quite high CA levels around 300-350 ppm from the tap.

About my room: Grodan. Room is 75 degrees ish. Water is 68 ish. I am at 1/3 strength nutrient solution. They are probably around 3 - 3.5 weeks old. Obviously there is a lot of stretching. I have 2x 40w t12's. Kept about 3 inches from the plants. I am using General hydroponics nutes. I also have about 50% strength cal-mag in there because I thought there might have been a calcium deficiency. Although now I am starting to think it might be something else. Keep ph 5.5-6.5 but closer to 5.5 when I can. Fan is going 24/7 along with lights. Flood tray is flooded every 12 hours. I have 1 air stone in reservoir.

The stems are a bit rough looking. I'm not sure if it's normal...it's not really my main concern but I posted the pic since I was in there with a camera anyways. Any advice on this would be helpful too but again, it is not my main concern.

looks to me like a def, with nute burn it will ALWAYS go to the tips of the leaves first, and by the time its starts coming in on the leaf like yours (if its that bad) the tips will be brown and crunchy. whats your ph

ph I try to keep at 5.5 but it creeps up pretty fast. It is rarely outside of 5.5-6.5.

Pic 5 has been like that almost for the life of the plant and does not seem to be getting worse and is not showing up in any other plants. I would say we can probably disregard it when trying to figure out the problems with the other plants. I have them on pure water right now to see if that helps.

I have a fan going all the time which I've heard increases transpiration which increases water absorbtion through the roots which leads to easy nute burn.

Thanks for the input.
