Leaves Going CRAZY!! HELP HER OUT!!

Ok so just yesterday I noticed this problem. Im using a 400watt Hortilux Super HPS. Its about 10" from the top now... it was only about 8" before. Nutes are all good and to spec. Ph is about right but not enough to cause harm. Almost looks like the leaves are "burning".... I thought it was the light so i kept on moving it.. and there is little or no heat on the leaves themselves... so im stumped...

What is the exact pH?
How much food do you give it and when ; exactly.
Almost looks like light bleach on that one. Keep them 10 inches away from the light.

Well for starters, watering every day is way too much.
Thats the PH of the runoff?
