something wrong with my plant

this plant didnt get water for a couple days and got really droopy so i watered it and it looks better but now there are these spots on the bottom leaves can anyone help me out

It looks like fert burn to me. Is your soil pre-fertelized? Meaning that it already has fertilizers in the soil?

yeah it does supposedly for up to three months its the miracle grow stuff but would that have happened if it didnt get enough water one day
