Unerwatering or overwatering

So what do you guys think, I watered this plant about 4 days ago with strait water, and this is what it looks like now.

I would guess it is under watered, but i cant believe it took a turn like this so fast if that is the case. It looked perky and healthy one night, then the next morning it looked like this.

Here is the same plant on the right 1 hour after watering it. both of the plants were started at the same time from seed, and topped.

looks like its accumulated quite a bit of nitrogen, mabye you should back off on that for a while,

check closely for spider mites. Unlikely cause but looks like your growing in an open space. too much nitrogen, what do u feed them

Miracle Grow Pro Select. I started with a 1/4 strength, after this dryout I gave a full dose of this to each plant:

Total Nitrogen ........................20%
5.9% ammoniacal Nitrogen
6.0% Nitrate nitrogen
8.1% Urea Nitrogen
Available Phosphate...............20%
Soluble Potash.......................20%
Boron.................................. .02%

.05% Water Soluble Copper
