Heat stress or Fert burn?

Alright, let me start out by saying I brought this plant inside 15 days ago. It has been under 5 23w 65k cfl's 24 hours a day since then. When I brought her inside, she was scrawny as fuck and only had one true set of leaves and stretched to hell.

I tied her down a week ago to shorten her. She now has two sets of 5-finger leaves. And is spitting out a set of 7-finger leaves as I type this. Leaves are shooting out of everwhere and shit is about 8 inches wide.

She is in some good soil inside a trashcan with good ventilation. I have not checked the pH at all. I have put juice on her two time. I am using a very small amout of a MG singles pack, and 8 drops of Shultz plant food to a gallon of water. I mist twice a day with water. I water when the dirt is try and feed every 3 waterings.

The tips of a few leaves are yellow with a little brown at the very tip. Only on 4 or 5 fingers. Is it fert burn or heat stress.

I backed the lights off a day ago and tied her down a little more.

Also, is it normal for the stem to be purple in sections and green in others?

Does she look healthy or sick? Sorry for the crappy picture quality, it is due to a blackberry phone camera. A little bit poor at the moment.
