Over Watering or Under Watering, Help?

Hope someone can help, basically purchased sum lowryder#2 x Ak47 (autoflowering strain) planted them, all went well reached day 23 (in pics) and the new life has started to droop. At first i thought it was a phosphorus deficincy as growth at bottom has turned yellow but all the new growth is a nice healthy green colour. This led me to believe i'm either overwatering or underwatering them CAN ANYBODY HELP? ? ?

*Please note i'm growing in 3/5L pots with bio-bizz all mix soil and use a 600watt light,with slyvia grolux bulb and about 2metre squared of grow space. The room is at a constant 25 degrees and has a 6" extractor fan to reduce humidity which is at about 40% and the light is on 20hours a day (as reccomended buy the supplier), also water is pH balanced as it should be and i use flowering/booster nutrients and cannazyme on top of them both... Help dudes

Looks slightly overwatered, but nothing major.

Let it dry out a bit more before watering.
