This here is powdery mildew, which sounds like what you're dealing with.

I dont think your aware of how many different types there are, nor if someone will go through the trouble.
You can google search this to find an answer quicker with less work.

Thanks mattrc for the powder type mildew pic. Thats what it is for sure.

The weather has been good here, I wonder why I am getting this mildew. Does anyone know why this possible has happened?

I am not a newbie at all, I have just never run into this specific problem.

Can this jump from plant to plant?

What should I do about it?

And more importantly, can I hang it in the same room as my finished mj? will it spread when hung is the question?

Anyone with experience please fill me in.

i think you need to lower your rh in your grow room (humidity), 40% is normal also ive heard that some actually wash/wipe the leaves to clean it off... im not sure if this is a permenant fix or not but I am sure that mildew spreads by floating around in the air with spores or something very similar. keep a close watch on them and dont smoke the mildew!

Here is my deal.

I am an outdoor guy. 14 days away from cutting and I have a powdery mildew problem that looks like it is getting very expensive.

I have never ever had this prob before but weather conditions were perfect for it this year I assume.

I dont know what to do about it since I am so close to the finish line.

There are ALOT of girls out there.

Some it is just starting on and some are covered.

My questions are these,

1.Should I destroy the girls that r covered in it?
2.Should I cut and hang the ones that it is only starting on?
3. Will hanging girls with a bit on it threaten EVERYTHING in the hanging room? (This is important for me to know)
4. Since conditions are right and this is happening should I just cut everything since it is starting to rapidly happen?

ive heard success stories of people using neem oil to get rid of mold
and also heard of someone putting it in an incubator for a little bit and the mold died

i would say go to a hydro shop and ask specifically about this powdery mildew and if they have a product

Those buds look like they were eaten by moth larvae. That will cause the buds to die. I think I can even see the worm shit in the middle of the bud. Make sure to brush that off before you smoke it. Don't be surprised to find more of the same.
