Really tough leaf curling on top of my baby! Please Help!!!

What type of medium; soil or hydro? Soil
What brand and type of soil? MG (I know...)
Indoors or outdoors? Indoors
What strain? Cinderella 99 x Blueberry
How old are the plants? 6th week in flowering
What type of lights and how many watts? 3 cfl's 150 watt equivalent, 2 at the top, 1 on the side shooting up.
How far from the lights? 3-6 inches away
What, how much and when was it fed? NPK? She's fed roughly every 4 days. A cup of water with .5 tsp of 15-30-15 npk.
What is the medium/runoff pH? Last week the ph was at 7.0
What are the temps and humidity in the room? 70's at night, around 85 when the lights are on.
What size pots? I'm not sure, but I think they are 1 gallon pots.
Any bugs? Look real close. When she was in veg there were some gnats, but I got rid of them. Bug-free now.
Any other pertinent info? I've tried growing this strain before and I've had issues with it living. This is the last of my Cindy seeds and it is the first one to actually grow. I feel like she really hasn't been growing over the past few weeks. I can tell that her buds are starting to look better, and I can see the resin build up on them and on the leaves.

The issue is that the top 3 "levels" of leaves are curling. They remind me of roller coasters. They're looping downward. I've also had many leaves die at the bottom with new leaves growing where the one that died used to be. I'm not too worried about the leaves dying at the bottom because I know that's normal, but I am starting to worry a bit because it looks like as the leaves die at the bottom, the next level up of leaves starts drying out. I don't want this to be like some disease where it slowly kills my plant.

I also feel like she's not very bushy for her age. She's got about 16 fan leaves on her. The stem is fairly thick, except at the bottom. I had to improvise and have her standing straight again because the base of the stem is not strong enough to support the plant alone.

I was hoping to have this plant finish by October but that really dosen't look like it's going to happen. At the rate that she's growing it looks like she's going to die before she completely finishes bud production.

What do you guys think? I'll try to get pictures in a soon as I can. I'll appreciate any help I can get. Thanks!

Sounds like "the claw". Chances are you haven't flushed the soil repeatedly 2-3x the size of the container is required. Also 6 weeks into flowering i'd cut back that Nitrogen.
