3 Leaflets

I currently have four plants growing in a dwc system. They are about a month old and are still only producing 3 leaflets per leaf. I am worried if this is a sign that the plants are stressed and i cannot figure out what the cause is.

I've heard that this is caused by something but I forgot what was the diagnoses it was either a lack of some type of nutrent, root bound, lack of correct light spectrum or something I dont really remember but I know its a bad thing I know that it's your plant tryin' to make up for somthin' you should ask Vtec he'll know...
and when you find out post it in this thread cuz I would like to know to...
