need help plants doing porrly

hello hows it goin im a straight up begginer with this but my buddy was to and got a few clones from a guy the clones are already growing heads but the leaves are starting to drop down and sag almost everyone. my buddy only gave them water and kept them in sometype of product that held water.i put them in soil and threw a flourecent light on them the clones roots are still contained in the small soil plug they came in. can someone help me out by telling me what i need to do to get my clones back up and healthy thank you

Gonna need more info than this, what wattage of fluro are you using? Are you watering them with distilled water?

If these are recent clones, make sure the soil is damp, and get some kind of humdity dome on them (a cut off soda botttle or somesuch). Clones are rooted in high humidity (so they can take in water from the atmosphere through their leaves, as they don't yet have roots), and need to be acclimatised to their drier environment slowly, by removing the dome for short periods of time until the clones stay upright.
