you have a PH issue. get your water tested.

Water Re: Need Help. Leaves Turning yellow, drooping, and stem turning purpleish red

Either a nitrogen/potassium/phosphorus deficiency. Give the right nurtient at the righ dose.
You could try flushing the plant with just pH balanced water for a couple of days, should improve.
If pH is wrong plant can't take in nutrients as you get root lock (like blocked roots) this would explain the nessasary nutrient (metals) not getting through

It is definately a PH issue. The plants are not getting what they need. I do not see a definate deficiency just slow growth which means they are not getting what they need from your soil.

To give you an example, here is a pic of a Skunk #1 and a SMG both at 21 days from seed using MG Seed Starter soil, and only cal/mag every other watering. The PH of the water is adjusted to 6.5-6.8.

I would test the PH of the water you use, adjust if needed, then give a mild dose of cal/mag w/ maybe a hint of grow nutes.

Re: Need Help. Leaves Turning yellow, drooping, and stem turning purpleish red

You would be surprised at what these plants will do if you use proper PH and a little cal/mag and a good nute schedule. I always suggest using a 3 part nute(Grow/Bloom/Boost) and using a small amount of boost w/ the Veg nute; I use 5 ml of Grow and 2 ml boost per gallon during veg.

Don't give up on these, they just need a little care and some minor adjustments, you will see, they will show more vigor within a few days and you will see a major change in growth in the week or so.
