HPS burnt out... what to do?

New bulb is in the mail and will be here Thursday. but until then what to do?

babies are about 4 and a half weeks into flowering. It went out Saturday morning, and they have been put in 12/12 under a 65w CFL since then. should i just keep this up or would some sort of longer light cycle be beneficial since they are getting much lower light levels.

im so angry, this bulb was only about 3 months old!

now i am a bit suspect of the ballast, and because it was a pretty cheap light. what are signs of a ballast going out?

NO DONT CHANGE THE LIGHT CYCLE YOU WILL MESS THEM WHAT I WOULD DO IF YOU BUYL 2 MORE CFL I MEAN THEY ARE CHEAP ENOUGH AND WHAT FOR YOUR hps GOOD LUCK

Usally when ballast go they just go i think you had a faulty bulb!!!
