My sprouts are sick :(

I just planted these plants about a week or so ago after germanting them for about 3 days.
Im using Miracle-gro Oranic choice potting mix. The current grow closet is something i threw together because im on a low budget, I will be adding more as I go along.

What type of lights and how many watts? I think I each light bulbs are 25 or 50ish not sure
How far from the lights?about foot and a half
What, how much and when was it fed? NPK? Not yet fed
What is the medium/runoff pH?
What are the temps and humidity in the room? temp 80ish humindity 70%
What size pots? Red cups atm
Any bugs? Look real close.No bugs
Any other pertinent info?

Your soil is dry mate, and those lights are not good enough.

Get them so me good food too

Hmm thank you. Are you sure the lights arnt enough to last me awhile or what do you think I should put in there. also what food do you recommend
