Weird bug/fly? INDOOR GROW

ok so these little tiny flys almost look like gnats or something are in my soil and i dont know how to get rid of them safely? I've noticed them for a few weeks now but they dont seem to have any affect on the plant at all but i just want to be safe , I dont trust random gnats in my soil and flyin around lol any suggestions? i cant get a clear picture of them but there fairly small and black with little wings im almost positive there gnats? is this possible?

Is it a fruit fly?

as long as the plant doesn't mind I wouldn't worry

you know what they could be fruit flys its just so damn hard to get a picture of them but no harm to the plant at all and its been about 2 weeks

upon checking the plants today ive noticed two trouble spots!

yellow spot one and theres one on another tip of another leaf

the best pic i could get the little fucker moves around every 10 seconds
