1st time grow in need of help, pics inside

i'm growing outdoors,of the plants 2 are potted and 1 is in the ground,i don't know whats going on but the leaves are yellowing and curling.my 1st guess was nute burn but i used a very mild feed.the soil PH is 7.0 on the dot,and on the other readings nitrogen was low, phosphorus was low and potassium was high, ive flushed it twice since the first signs but the symptoms keep increasing.SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME,i really dont want to have to start a new batch of seedlings over, any suggestions would be a giant help.thank you...

The spotting looks to be from Spider Mites. Look on the undersides of the leaves & see if there are any tiny brown, red, or black spider looking insects.

A couple of the plants look a bit over watered. Usually when leaves start to yellow, it is more indicative of lack of N, rather than too much N.

What kind of soil, nutes, & feeding & watering schedule are you doing?

How old are they?

Also, why do you have them staked? Outdoor plants need wind stress to make the stems stronger & thicker. The stems get bigger from the wind blowing on them, & causing microscopic tears in the stem, making it re-build itself bigger & stronger....like a human muscle.

If you have it staked this early, the stems won't grow well. You want them to get wind stress.

I think that her root is damaged!she looks like you digged her from the soil and then planted her in a pot and you damaged the root system! My recomandation would be to put her in darkness for one day and she should recover and then put her in a shade for a few days so she is not on direct sunlight, dont water her so much and check the ph of the soil!!!What are you feeding her with???How hot are the temeratures???

That plants look exactly like mine when i pulled them from the ground and planted them in pots!!!Just put them in a shady place for a few days and dont feed her or water her for about a week and she should recover!!!
When the roots are damaged the leaves start to curl towards up thats for sure!Have you digged them up or transplanted them recently???

If the suggestions i made dont help try to give her very little of a complex micronutrient fertilizer based on iron(Fe)
yellowing a droping of leaves and stem are simptoms of iron deficiency to

thanks so much for the replies,i appreciate you guys helping this newb out.To answer a few of your questions,
soil - MG organic potting soil
soil ph is 6.7
as far as nutes go i have a few diff types, but havent used any of them yet because i wasnt sure which would be the most effective.but i have:
schultz plant food concentrate plus micronutrients 10-15-10
Alaska fish emulsion 5-1-1
MG Organic Choice bone meal 6-9-0 (which i'm skeptic of using, because i hear the stuff is super potent.)

yes i just transplanted 2 of them to pots, and saw the stress,so i left the 3rd in ground.the plants are almost 3 weeks old,i think your right about the bug prob for the weird looking spots,i see little black buggies on the tops and undersides, gonna go get some neem oil today for that(or if someone has a better suggestion for pest control, please let me know).as far as nutes go they're still running off the potting soil nutes, and i have some 5-1-1 fish emulsion to use once they recover,so far i took away the stakes and i havent watered or kept them in direct sun for two days and they're starting to show signs of growth, hopefully by the end of the week they should be recovering.once the plant recovers should i remove the spotted lower leaves,or just let nature take its course?again thank you all so much for the help,i look forward to showing future pics of the crop you helped me save

I told you that was root damage
just take it easy ant they will recover...and remember dont water them and then the roots will grow in search of water.if you ahve black little buggies that make holes in your leaves they are leaf beetles nad you can take some a clove of garlic and 4 chilli peppers and mix them in a blender and then put the mixture in a bottle of water i use 1 litter bottl and leave it for 24 hours
and then spray it all over your plants and on the underside of leaves and that will keep them away
