I Had 3 Sprout lings , they lived for 3 weeks, they just wilted and died
whats the problem?

Plants need nutrients, water, light, and plenty of air to live. Did you give them at least that? If you got those down, then there's literally thousands of reasons why you could have messed up and killed them. Too hot, fuxed pH, underwatering, etc...
