Depends on how bad it is. I had some gifted clones once thats had an issue so I started with some neem oil. But apparently that only stops them from reproducing so if it's not a big infestation yet I would start with that. But to completely kill them since they had spread to more than one of my plants I picked up some Ed Rosenthals Zero Tolerance from my local hydro shop and then some No Pest Strips from pretty much any store that sells home supplies.

As whywaitforit says depends how bad it is.

if its only a couple of spots then heres a method used quite frequently by growers.
crush them between your forefinger & thumb ,then get a mister (spray bottle) fill with cold water then get the effected plants & blast them with the mister all over the effected area ,washing them off, now get a sponge & cut in half (or get 2 sponges) ,now put sponge underneath leaves effected & with the other sponge wipe ,firmly but carefully, the excess weater off, cleaning the sponges every time you wipe.

this will work.

if more than a couple of leaves effected then i'd recommend "stay safe" it works on all pests very quickly, just spray all over plant, leave & re-spray again 4-7 days later, job done.
can get at most good hydro stores

this'll work too.

hope this helps bud

Those sound like Spider Mites. If they are your going to want to get some neem oil and some kelp and use it like this:

Day 1 just after dark spray plants with Neem Oil
Day 2 just after lights come on spray plants with Kelp
Day 5 just after dark spray plants with Neem Oil
Day 6 just after lights come on spray plants with Kelp
Day 9 just after dark spray plants with Neem Oil
Day 10 just after lights come on spray plants with Kelp
Day 13 just after dark spray plants with Neem Oil
Day 14 just after lights come on spray plants with Kelp
Day 17 just after dark spray plants with Neem Oil
Day 18 just after lights come on spray plants with Kelp
Day 21 just after dark spray plants with Neem Oil
Day 22 just after lights come on spray plants with Kelp

Do this every 4 days because that's how long it takes for mite eggs to hatch. I would do this 5-6 times so to day 22 should do it good. The Neem Oil will suffocate the mites that have hatched and the Kelp will open the plants back up so the Neem doesn't suffocate them.
