I desperately need help, plant in critical condition.

please, please help me
guys, i went back to my plot 6 days after the last checkup and i found my 1 plant, my only plant, clinging to its life by a thread, a single thread. There were dead flys around it and ants all over the flys and around the plant. there were tons of slugs around it. the plant was lying on the dirt, the stem by ground level was 5 times thinner then the rest of it. i put a stick in the ground and tried to help it as much as i could but the stem was twisted horribly. i removed as many snails as i could see. I AM GOING TO TAKE A PICTURE TOMOROW SO PLEASE STICK WITH ME. this is my only plant, but i planted 5 seeds more then 10 days ago and i cant see them so i dont think they sprouted .. possibly becuase of the slugs. this plant did a GREAT fucking job in growing up and 6 days earlier it was FINE, with only 1 slug in the pot. right now the stem is so fucking thin i dont think it will survive, but it might... the soil never dries up, so i dont water it often at all, maybe once a week. its about a month an a half old. and also, there was cotton like substances on the plants leaves, and the tips.. but that may be because there are plants around it just like that. i am going to water the plant through spraying water on its leaves.... please help me in any other way possible.

DO NOt plant in any area with slugs present. I had the same problem. Within one week. Slugs killed 10 plants. YOu need to find a new location dude. Sorry

i covered the stems up with some straws. for the picture i lifted the straw up so u could see the stem. i got 3 stick with the width half the size of an adult arm. i put a bunch of salt underneath the pot, resting on the sticks. then i got a bunch of pennies and made a cricle with them, around the inside of the pot, then made another circle closer in towards the plant. before i did all that, i got some garlic/pepper bug killer and i put it in the soil, covering all the soil.

Slug pellets will sort your slug problem out man
