your ph looks to acidic and you have a bug problem as well.
what nutes are you using?
STOP USING THEM for a week and lower the dose.
what is your PH and what are you using for hydration? TAP water??
chlorine can cause spotting as well.

many things can be a factor even humidity to heat.

Yeah, you've got bugs of some sort.

Is this an outdoor grow?

yes its an outdoor grow
im not sure what the ph is but ive been using a rinsed out orange juice container to water them and i think this may be one of the problems.
There are always some bugs but never seemed like there were more than usual.
What type of pesticide should i use.
Ive been using Miracle grow nutes and water ive been getting from a hose (tap water)

Ah. Thought so. I'll tell you up front that I'm a bit out of my depth on outdoor grows. I don't know how well indoor techniques translate to an outdoor environment. So take everything that follows with a big grain of salt...

If this was an indoor grow, I'd tell you to try some neem oil for the bugs.

Let your tap water sit out for 24 hours before you use it to get rid of the chlorine.

I have now idea how or even if you can control pH in an outdoor grow, although I know that a lot of growers will re-work the soil in their chosen grow spot - mixing in compost, pearlite or whatever to make the dirt more hospitable to plants. That said, I'm not sure pH would be a problem. Most of the time pH gets messed up it's because of a nutrient build up in your pot...and nutes won't build up as easiliy in an outdoor environment since it's so open.
