Depends on how fast you're trying to flush them. If this is your final flush that you're doing for the last 2-3 weeks of flowering, then just water with plain water for a couple of weeks. If you're trying to get rid of excess nutes, put the plant in your bath tub and water it with 3x the volume of your pot. For example, if your pot is 3 gallons, then run 9 gallons of plain water through them. Let the plant dry out thoroughly before you water again after you do this, of course.
