it is either your lights or soil or your water or nutes or fert in the soil or ventilation or genetics or stress or is just slower than others. As you can see there can be a lot of things. My guess is the Cfl and or Genetics.

Have any pictures of it? Anyways poor light levels and poor air quality will definitely contribute to slow growth.

If any of these questions have already been answered please disregard as I cut and paste this for everyone.

If there is leaf discoloration please TAKE PICTURES WITH ALL GROW LIGHTS OFF, ESPECIALLY HPS. Taking pictures and taking them like this, allows us to further help your problems.
If you can provide as much of the above information as possible, it'll make it a lot easier to accurately diagnose what's wrong.

im growing in a box 3 ft tall by 2ft wide by 2 ft deep.
using a homemade fan over a hole in the box for ventilation ..just till i get real ventilation going.
im growing passion one witch is an outdore strain but i waited too long to start outside.

the soil is just multi perpose growbag stuff meant for strawberrys..i dont know the ph or the content of the soil...but its nothing spesial..my dad has tomato's growing in it.

no bugs..at all.

10 inch tall pots ..about 9x9 wide

iv been waiting till they dry up to watter them.so evry 3/4 days .

i dont think the humidity is high..seems real dry in there.

i have the thow healthyist ones in the box...the others are on the windowcill
and are not growing at all even tho they get good light and ventilation.
