missing leaves?

hey, one of my sprouts was born with only 3 leaves instead of 4 leaves. Why is this? another one of my sprouts has leaves that are bitten off. will any of these missing leaves grow back later on down the line? the roots seem healthy otherwise. what do you guys think?

dont worry about the genetics they will produce more blades as it ages but you need to take care of whatever is eating them

post a pic of the eaten plant
