Dude, that soil is WAY too wet. What are you trying to do, make soup? Get rid of the water in the bottom of the pots. It will attract pests and induce root rot. Let the soild dry out for a couple days or so. Don't water again until the soil feels dry when you stick your finger all the way in (2-3 inches down). Then water them about every 3-4 days, at most.
