satori and hashberry, rust?

hey, have 2 satori and 1 hashberry in foxfarm ocean forest soil, they developed spots that have become brittle and crispy over the last few days, the ph is on target, though the other day i spotted some powdery mildew and sprayed with a solution of 1 tablespoon baking soda to a cup of water, left it on a few days, wasn't sure if i was supposed to wash it off soon after application or not, these spots developed after this occurred, but i wanted someone else's opinion. thanks

Looks like the baking soda dried up pretty good there. Straight water would have been better. Dont do it any more and the plants will be ok. Is the mildew gone? Are you sure it wasnt dried up nutes?
I always use FFOF and all the FF nutes with crazy results. Good Luck.
I'm looking at the pics again... are only the leaves that you sprayed affected or is it spreading or what?

the spots got bigger, but i dont think it has spread much. i did notice it on another unrelated plant(dif strain) after they were close to it, but its just a few spots, but there none the less. it also shriveled up any new or baby leaves that were on the hashberry and satori as well, turned them red and they shriveled like shrink wrap.

Neem oil is unneccessary unless you see insects like mites. Look underneath the leaves very closely with a magnifying glass if possible.
It really looks like nutes were spilled on the leaves or the leaves got too close to the light. Just be careful when you feed them nutes not to get it on the leaves and never put wet plants under the light. Especially an HID

Good point but hes not foliar feeding or spraying the plants. And I thought I just told him not to put wet plants under the light. Read the whole thread.

Ill also put in my 2 cents regardless of what you have posted there my friend,
a second or confirmation opinion can be invaluable, with just a couple posts why should he take your words as gods law?.... and check the attitude at they door please....this is a chill zone

He only sprayed once, to clean the leaves. He is not giving his plants foliar treatments.
I apologize for my rudeness. But it will probably happen again. I am an angry person and I need anger management.
