| Black and brown spots on leaves.
I'm seeing lots of black spots on leaves that are yellowing. However I am also seeing them on my other plant on leaves which are not yellowing but not in as high a frequency. On this plant the dots are more brown than black and have a small ring of lighter green around them. Should I start a insect treatment or is this some kind of blight?

it doesn't look like calcium def either because the dots are mainly circular not having many odd shapes.
