Why are my leaves scaly/wrinkly? [pics]

I have 3 plants growing in Miracle Gro soil. 2 of them look pretty healthy, but this one looks kind've weird. The first two sets of leaves look normal, but the new leaves look wrinkly/scaly. They're also a lighter green color. Anyone know what might be wrong? From the research I've done, it sounds like a zinc deficiency? If so, how exactly do I increase zinc?

Pics 1 and 2 are of the scaly/wrinkly growth, and pic 3 is of the lower leaves that look more normal.

Interesting problem.
Don't think its zinc.
Looks more like a humidity problem or maybe a ruderalis strain trait? Not for sure.
