Lower Leaves Yellowing and Falling Off

I don't really have much info to give. I mixed some top soil with miracle grow soil, probably 50/50. I unfortunately am not able to baby these plants and haven't been watering them more than once a day. Occasionally once every two days. What could be the problem?

I'm using a 400w HPS light. I plan on placing them in 2 gallon pots soon.

Thanks

Most likly the soil or pH [also because of the soil.]
Have they always been yellow like that?
Have you fed them?
How old are they?
When did yellowing start?
What is pH?
How about high temp?

No Ph Meter
They've mostly been yellow like that, now they're doing much better but still a little yellow.
I don't feed them anything but water
They are about 3 weeks old in those pictures
Yellowing started very quickly, it used to be very hot under the light until a brought in a fan. The fan has helped keep them cool. I'd say the current temp is around 85 degrees.

OK Yeah if they are three weeks from germination then the soil has hurt them; unless of course the pH is off and we don't know. So you might want to flush with 3x's as much water as pot volume i.e. one gallon pot three gallons to flush. Get those pics up.

See the attached, I snipped down the lanky guy. I'm not quite sure what to do with him though.

Get rid of that male or he will blow pollen all over. Just chop him down unless you intend to collect pollen. If you do, you have to flower him alone as not to pollenate the females.

LOL, which one is male, I havent been able to sex them yet. I think the 3 healthy ones are female and the tall lanky one is a male. Is that correct?

The tall lanky one I now overwatered to add to the problems
