clones budding?

Hey guys.
I got a little clone thats been in a 5 gallon bucket for the past month. For some reason it looks like its budding. its got some white little hairs coming off of it and I heard that sometimes happens with clones after a light rainfall.

Can anyone confirm/deny this?? I heard its gonna be full of seeds after flowering .

I heard that this is normal for outdoor plants because of its 12/12 light cycle, causing the plant to sex, and that im fine as long as it doesnt have nutsacks

true?

If its still in veg they are probably female preflowers. If its into the flowering cycle then they are female flowers. A clone cut from a mature plant(say 2 months old, will still be genetically 2 months old once well rooted and new growth begins, so shes probably showing preflowers already. This is why clones grow so rapidly and vigorously when given TLC.

hey guys. I got some pictures to hopefully give everyone a better idea. I also just want some basic input on if my babies look healthy or not. This is taken at about 10:30 at night so they're a little droopy. Also im a horrible photographer , by the way, but maybe u can see the "pre-flowering"

first 3 are plant 1, last picture is plant 2.

thanks guys

It's normal. I've got a mother plant that I grew from a clone taken in late flowering. Every time I feed her, or take a batch of cuttings she tries to bud. The buds go away after a week or so.

Just make sure your light schedule is long enough (18/6 min, 24 hours is better).

These are outdoor, and they get about 12 hours of direct sunlight.
I assume you think they are indoor??

Do they look healthy?
